Cervia, basement tavern at my house

Large rustic basement space in my home. You enter from the back entrance of the house. It is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, a table, a chair, a desk and a TV. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and a small induction hot plate (no stove). Windows are long and narrow. There is a full private bathroom. I use this basement apartment in winter, so it’s a bit cluttered with items (including some unnecessary ones, sorry...). A cleaning fee of €20.00 to €40.00 is required. The space the space is in the basement but it is still comfortable and cool in the summer months. Excluding the entrance, the rest is independent, the kitchenette, bathroom, large room with double bed, single bed TV and desk. Linens are available, towels, sheets, and breakfast necessities. Small pets are allowed. (I use this tavern in the winter, so you’ll find it a bit cluttered with items, including some unnecessary ones… sorry ;)) Guest access The tavern and bathroom are exclusively available. Shared areas include the entrance (shared between me and other guests) and the use of the small garden. The house is located about one kilometer from the center of town and one and a half kilometers from the sea. Small pets are welcome. Other things to note A cleaning fee is required upon arrival, ranging from €20.00 to €40.00 depending on the length of the stay. Accommodation tax of €1 per person per day only for the first 7 days.
