Number 8 is a collection of stylish, comfortable rooms and suites in the heart of Canterbury. Within the city walls, near to all transport links and close to a lovely park, Number 8 is a period property which has recently been fully renovated. A family-run business, we offer a personalised service with safe and luxurious, eco-friendly accommodation. Guests have private, self-catered suites with kitchenette and self check-in. This suite is for a maximum of 4 guests (2 adults, 2 children). The space Suite 6 boasts beautiful exposed brick walls, beams and vaulted ceilings. It is a light and airy suite with sash windows. The king size bedroom has a luxury hotel mattress, with a further double sofa bed in the separate lounge. The sofa bed is especially imported with a simple roll-over function, offering a full-size double bed with comfortable mattress. A travel cot is also provided, as well as a dog bed and bowls. Please note that this listing is for a maximum of 4 guests (max 2 adults, 2 children, plus travel cot). Over-occupancy is not permitted, and parties and strictly prohibited at Number 8. All linens are 100% cotton and towels are supplied. This suite is located on the second floor (access up 2 flights of stairs, Number-8 is an historic building so we are unable to provide a lift). The lounge has a lovely exposed brick feature wall,seating and a Smart TV with Netflix. It has a kitchenette which consists of Fridge, sink, Nespresso coffee machine (pods provided), Lavazza milk frother, kettle with welcome tray and a microwave. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom has been beautifully finished to a high standard with a walk in shower. In the bathroom we supply Eco Friendly luxurious shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash . A communal kitchen is available to guests, in the basement, with washer/dryer, cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine,oil and sauces, crockery and pans. There is also a dining table and chairs, plus a high chair. Parking is available on request for an additional fee of £15 per 24 hours in the Castle Street Car Park located 2 minutes from the hotel. Number-8 is unattended with 24-hour self check-in. You will be sent your access codes on the morning of your stay. This is one of six rooms and suites in our beautiful building so communal stairs and landings are shared but you have the private use of your suite (lounge, hallway, bedroom and bathroom). Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. A luggage store is available before and after your booking times. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a late check-out or early check-in and we will always try to accommodate your request, although unable to guarantee it. Housekeeping is provided for longer stays. Other things to note Parking is available on request for an additional fee of £15 per 24 hours within the Castle Street car park located 2 minutes from the hotel.
