Seaview is a modern detached house located in a small village overlooking the sea to the Isle of Skye. This is a very peaceful and relaxing area away from the pressures of modern life with access to the shoreline or walks in the local glens. This is an excellent base for exploring this area of the West Highlands including the Isle of Skye. Mobile phones work at Seaview but not all parts of Glenelg. The Glenelg Inn is a 5 minute walk and serves food, usually requires a table to be booked. The space This is a 4 bedroom detached house in the small hamlet of Quarry on the shore line with spectacular views over the sea to the Isle of Skye. All four double bedrooms are on the first floor with one on-suite and one common shower room. Downstairs is an entry hall with two open plans of it to the right is living/dining room and to the right is kitchen/dining. Both these open plan rooms face the front and the views of the sea and the Isle of Skye. We have recently replaced all the widows, front, back and patio doors and the roofline since in winter this can be exposed to the elements. The property has full oil fired central heating with the boiler outside. We also take onboard guests comments and have replaced all three bathroom floors with quick step vinyl. There is a comprehensive instruction booklet which we have built up over the years for guests which also includes some common fixes for operating the equipment. There is Free sat television and a smart TV if you wish to use your own login to streaming services. The free internet is approx. 60 Mbps, and our prices include electric and heating oil. Guest access Guests rent the whole 4 bedroom property and access is by Key safe, we provide the code prior to arrival so access is 24/7 during the rental period. Other things to note During the season from Easter to October there is a local ferry about 3 miles drive that crosses to the isle of Skye and Seaview is an ideal base for exploring the west coast of Scotland including the Isle of Skye.
