LA TRIA, a farmhouse with history and charm

At La Tria, you'll enjoy an authentic Catalan farmhouse with more than 300 years of history, fully equipped, with 8 bedrooms with bathrooms, a pool, and very cozy. The house is located on a large pasture estate where there are horses for breeding. You'll be surrounded by tranquility and nature. Lluçanès is an ideal environment to rest, go for a walk, connect with nature and spend a few days with friends or family. Ideal for groups of 16-17 people. [We also speak English] The space La Tria is a fully equipped farmhouse with a large kitchen (there are all the cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules) and Italian moka, as well as a dishwasher, fireplace, a large living room and a total of 8 double and very spacious rooms, all with their own bathroom. The farmhouse can accommodate 17 people. You will be surrounded by garden, there is an outdoor pool and barbecue that you can use. You will enjoy La Tria exclusively. The Tria is located 1km from the small village of Perafita, in the heart of Lluçanès. We have a small adjacent but separate dwelling with completely separate entrances. While we are not always there, during your stay you can contact us if you need anything or there are some unforeseen events. Guest access The rooms are distributed in two floors: on the first floor - where there is also the kitchen and living room - it has 5 double rooms. There are 3 more on the 2nd floor. The house is rented whole for groups of maximum 17 people. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. Other things to note >> Please note that La Tria is not a newly built house. This is a 17th-century farmhouse that we've restored to have all the comforts but still preserve the authenticity that makes it unique and original.
