Our gîte located in the municipality of "LE BOSC -09000" is in the center of hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, blueberry picking, trout fishing... 1h30 from the ski slopes, thermal baths. At 900 m altitude in Ariège, on the 80 ha farm, with Mérens horses. You will enjoy the Barguillière Valley: beautiful view of the valley and mountain, large terrace. Central heating, comfortable bedding, well-equipped kitchen, quiet. Remote work possible. 70 mbps fiber. Special offer available. The space the accommodation is modular: - from 1 to 10 beds: 3 double beds of 140 including 2 in mezzanine + 2 sofa beds of 140 including 1 apart, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. 2nd toilet in the hallway. The piano is in a room with one of the two 140 convertible sofas. A single bed (90) is also available, as well as 140 cm mattresses. Guest access The entrance to the vacation rental is through the dining room. All bedrooms, common rooms and bathrooms are in the same house. Other things to note We are far from shops and restaurants: Foix is the closest, 30 minutes from the cottage, for a wide selection of shops. Then, between Foix and the cottage, there is a Bakery in La Coupière (Serres sur Arget), another in Saint Pierre de Rivière, as well as a small well-stocked supermarket. However, I recommend that you go up with your provisions from Foix. If you want to come in winter and there is a risk of snow, you must have your snow chains for the cars. Contact tires are recommended. The road is cleared by the town hall. There is a cold room, a freezer shared with us.
