The space The Beach House flat is located in a pedestrian area, very central and within walking distance of the sea (only 100 m). Our 40 sqm two-room apartment is composed of: a living area with a kitchenette and all its comforts, a double sofa bed, a TV area with table and chairs, and a large, 12 sqm, furnished terrace, where you can peacefully eat outdoors with a view of the cityscape. The sleeping area includes a double bed and a private windowed bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and a set of toiletries. The two-room apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, LED TV, insulating glass, blackout curtains, a safe, a clothes rack, and a washing machine. Small pets are allowed.
