In addition, there is a separate fenced area with a dog house. Lots of parking. Automatic gate into backyard. The space All spaces are for the guests. Owners closets are locked and not to be accessed. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Owners closest are locked. Other things to note Airbnb has a cap at 16 guests. this is two homes it will sleep 20 guests in beds. there’s just not a place allowed to put 20. We can add the additional guests in separately if you have more than 16. Please let me know. We love well-behaved pets. There is a pet fee of $40 per pet. If your stay is a long-term reservation we do have a pet fee and deposit that we require of $200.00. No more than 2 pets per house. A $200.00 pet fee applies for more than 2 pets total. upon checking out you will get 1/2 of your pet deposit back if there are no damages, soiled areas, or extra cleaning needed.
