For guests - a sauna (additional €60,-) with a separate entrance and a relaxation room. The sauna has a veranda with a hot tub in the form of a “barrel” - for an additional fee €140,- (€180,- for both services). The area is quiet. Parties are not permitted. The sea is 750m from the house. The space The guest house has two main rooms: a separate bedroom with a double king size bed and a living room with an open kitchen. The living room is equipped with a mezzanine with a second double bed, and there is also a large comfortable sofa that can be used as an additional double bed. The house is equipped with a bathroom combined with a toilet. At the rear of the house you will find a utility room with a boiler, storage and washing machine. Through this room you can also access the garden with a flower garden surrounding an open-air recreation area, equipped especially for guests with a barbecue area, and under a sunshade. The whole territory of Lielbrieži 8 is equipped with CCTV for your and our safety needs. Also, for an additional fee by agreement, you can use a sauna and a hot tub in the form of a large wooden “barrel” designed for 4 to 5 people to stay in it at the same time. These amenities are located in the master house and have a separate entrance with a relaxation room, isolated from the rest of the house. In addition to the sauna it contains a shower room and a toilet. The tub stands on the terrace adjacent to the sauna premises, fenced with a garden pergola and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is not intended for parties, anniversaries and other events. Additional guests not specified in the reservation must leave the premises and the house before 23:00. There is an individual parking space for guests' cars located on the premises. Guests are provided with a remote control for the sliding gates entering the property.
