Queen bed plus a fold out full size futon, perfect for a couple or friends. Quality cotton sheets, natural interior finishes, large bath, fully wheelchair accessible. En suite laundry. Guest access In addition to a you-pick berry farm next door, large swimming pond on site, and fire pit for summer night star gazing, we are 10 minutes from Cornell, Ithaca College, Treman and Buttermilk State Parks, 15 minutes from Taughannock Falls, and an easy drive to both Cayuga and Seneca Lake wineries. Other things to note We are on Route 79, a main artery into Ithaca from the west, so expect some morning commute traffic going by.
