A cottage style end of terrace property, a little out of the city but with good bus routes - travel time 30-45 minutes to city centre - the area is semi-rural The space Small cul-de-sac location with on road and off road parking - the property benefits from being only 6 miles to the city centre whilst also being in a semi-rural location - there is traffic noise (due to proximity of motorway), particularly when windows are open in warm weather There is a second room that can also be rented (when available as a separate booking) NB: Third party bookings are not possible under Airbnb terms and conditions PS: Please ask if dates required appear to be unavailable as it may be possible to change this (some dates are only available within an ongoing booking as I cannot always manage check in) Guest access Guests have access to my garden There is a shared bathroom and second downstairs toilet There is a good sized dining area for breakfast including a shared fridge for use by guests During your stay I live at the property and am happy to answer questions - I’m also available by mobile phone at most reasonable times when I’m out Other things to note For cat lovers my friendly Bengal cat is a bonus Due to the rural location the property has a biological cesspit system - it is essential only toilet paper is flushed down the toilet - anything else will at best cause a blockage or potentially break the pump which will be expensive to repair and inconvenience all users of the system (shared by four properties)
