The villa is a 20-min drive from Paros Airport and 30-min drive from the port. The Martineli Residence dominates the cape under the same name, at this unique and exclusive spot on the island. This residence, built with love and special care, is ideal for families or groups of friends, for both summer and winter. Martineli Residence is surrounded by verandas of a total area of 400sq.m. with seating and dining areas. There are three houses with panoramic sea view, 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, an independent and fully equipped maid’s room, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and central heating throughout, access to internet, TV ( sat/cable), video, DVD, CD, Radio. A playroom with two billiards/pool tables ( American – Frence), fully equipped fitness room and ping-pong. Outside next to the kitchen there is a BBQ area and a traditional wood–burning oven. For the athletic kind the villa offers a modern lighted tennis court with canon and warming up wall, exclusive changing rooms and a single basketball court. Last but not least a sandy semi-private beach is only a few steps from the villa. Amenities ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay include technical assistance for every need, as well as a chambermaid. Optionally, a cook is provided for all meals using traditional Greek cuisine and fresh local produce; you can also taste the excellent wine and the unique “Tsipouro” we make ourselves every year with extra care and affection. No. Choose the dates you would like (by clicking in the 'Check In' / 'Check Out' date boxes on our listing page) and then book free dates immediately using 'Instant Book.' • HOW WILL WE CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT? To organize your smooth check-in, please send us your flight details/flight number or ferry name, port of departure, and arrival time. Then we'll calculate and suggest a time for your check-in. If there is a delay in your trip, call the number we will send you after your reservation. Check-in can be arranged anytime from 4.00 pm onward. On the day you arrive, we will be waiting for you at the Villa. We will ensure you're comfortable, give you keys, help you with orientation, and answer any other questions. • CAN WE HAVE AN EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT? We always accommodate these, if possible, for you. We can only confirm when the guests on either side of your stay give us their arrival and departure times. We'll make sure to note your request and always do our best to help you. If we can't, you can leave your luggage and bags with us before check-in or after checkout, and we will keep them safe. If late checkout is possible, an extra small charge applies; divide your daily rate by 14 (hours) to calculate the amount for every additional hour you stay. • CAN YOU ORGANISE AIRPORT or PORT PICK-UP? We recommend that you arrive with your transfer already organized because a taxi would be difficult to find, especially in the high season. Uber or similar apps don't exist in the islands in general. We can organize a transfer for you; a one-way transfer costs around 10 EUR per person (minimum cost 50 EUR) for a comfortable people carrier for up to 12 passengers. We will organize the driver to be waiting for you at the port/airport holding a sign with your name on it. • DO YOU HAVE OTHER PROPERTIES NEARBY OR ANYWHERE ELSE? Family-sized fridge/freezer, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, cook's knives, and all utensils. Tea, coffee, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, and water bottles are complimentary. You can do your first shopping from one supermarket before you check in and stock up on the Villa. We will let the driver know to wait for you. • IS THE VILLA CLEAN AND WELL-MAINTAINED? 100% yes! We take cleanliness seriously and are proud of our 5* cleanliness ratings. Every year, we maintain and upgrade things to all our villas. • IS THE VILLA NON-SMOKING? Yes, all our properties are non-smoking. We have plenty of space and many balconies around. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside. • IS THE VILLA CHILD FRIENDLY & SAFE? Absolutely, yes.
