Other things to note The famous Cinque Terre are a 45 min drive away and the spa town of Equi Terme with its thermal baths can be reached after 15 min. Situated right at the Regional Natural Park of the Apuan Alps, Marciaso offers plenty of hiking opportunities nearby. The beach can be reached after a 35 min drive. The nearest shops and train station can be found in Monzone about 8km away. There you will also find the Ristorante Pizzeria Da Remo, that is open everyday except Mondays. On weekends the trattoria in Marciaso offers typical Italian cuisine. Marciaso is not wheel chair accessible as the village is comprised of uneven roads and steep hills.
