'Aux Iris': single room in house.

Very spacious and very bright room, in a house in the countryside, being renovated. The bathroom is private and the toilet is separate. Access is independent, from the entrance we share. Unfortunately, the presence of a few steps and a staircase does not allow us to accommodate guests with limited mobility. I've lived in the UK for several years and speak English fluently. Would love to have English speaking guests! :) The space Single room in a renovated house, located in a small quiet village, 10 minutes from Rioz, 15 minutes from Vesoul, or 20 minutes from Besançon. Upstairs, very spacious room, completely renovated, with original parquet and lots of character! On the ground floor, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Everything is independent of our accommodation, from the entrance we share. Guest access The room includes a small fridge, a microwave, and everything you need to make a hot drink (kettle, coffee maker, teapot, coffee, tea and infusions). There is also the necessary dishes for a meal (plates, glasses, bowls, cups and cutlery). Linens and towels are provided. You can usually arrive around 6pm, earlier if we are at home. For checkout, if we are at home, you can of course stay longer in the morning: tell us your schedule, and we will do our best, according to everyone's requirements (professional and school as far as we are concerned, or the need to clean the room if it is rented the same evening). Let's work it out together! Other things to note The thick walls of this old stone house keep it nice and cool in the summer. Good nights and deep sleep guaranteed in the event of a heat wave, without the need for air conditioning!
