Cozy, modern apartment located in the heart of Hanover! A parking space is included behind the house. The apartment is located in the center of Hanover, only a short walk from the main train station. It has two bedrooms with 1 single and 1 double bed each. Two more single beds are in the living room, as well as a TV corner with a couch and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a bathtub, a large, open shower and a washing machine. Check-in is available by key safe. The space The bedrooms each have one single and one double bed and a closet or dresser for your clothes. In the living room you'll find a TV corner with cable TV and a DVD player, as well as a large dining table and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishes, dish washer with tabs, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a water kettle. Usually coffee pads and tea are also available, at least for the first days of your stay. The bathroom has a bath tub and a large, open shower :) Behind the building a parking space is available for our guests. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourself. A parking space is available behind the building. Other things to note Depending on the current booking situation an early check-in (before 5 PM) and a late check-out (after 11 AM) may be available for 20,00 € additional fee each. If you are interested in this please contact us and we will try to make it possible depending on the individual situation. Travelling with a baby? Cot and high chair available at an extra cost of 5,00 € per booking. Since 1st January 2024, there is an additional accommodation tax in Hannover. Therefore, we will need the information for all arriving guests (full name, date of birth, address). Depending on the number of people staying in the apartment, the tax is between 1,50 - 4,00 EUR per person and night. We will let you know the exact amount for your booking via message.
