Terrace Suite

With an area of 50 m² and offering a private terrace of 20 m², our Duplex is composed of a bedroom with its adjoining bathroom, a living room and an equipped kitchen. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The space A few leagues from Tours, next to the Loire and its illustrious castles, beyond the forests of oaks, hornbeams and acacias, lies a plain where the Château and the outbuildings of the Domaine de la Commanderie de Ballan, a 4-star tourist residence, stand. A thousand years old, what was once one of the strongholds of the Knights Templar has left as a vestige this prestigious residence with round and square towers, whose tuff stones shine with every ray of sunshine. It is in this reserved space, in this green haven of peace over several hectares where other buildings, terrace suites, houses, swimming pools, orchards, pool house and spa, animate the plain, that the Commanderie de Ballan welcomes you. The sweet song of birds, a dip under the duvet, a walk in the open air, the wonderful visit of a Loire castle... And the intimate setting of our Estate to reconnect you with nature, yourself and others. It's now. Let go. We inform our customers that arrivals at the Domaine are scheduled between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m., while departures must be made between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. We also provide luggage storage at the reception. Guest access The reception is open continuously from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. in high season. Other things to note The pool is open from mid-April to mid-October, and is not private. It is shared with all the houses in the area.
