Come and enjoy the charm of an old farmhouse, in the countryside, in a quiet location and in the center of the village; 20 minutes from Futuroscope. The space On the second floor, a large "Hirondelle" bedroom of 30 m2 with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm and 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm. Beware of people with allergies! This room is carpeted (the others are parquet). Washbasin and toilet in the bedroom, shower room on the landing. In summer, if the unusual bedroom in the dovecote is occupied, the shower room may be shared. Possibility of adding an extra bed and/or a baby cot. On the 2nd floor: "Dove" bedroom with a bed 160 x 200 cm, bathroom with a sink in the bedroom. Bathroom and separate WC are on the 2nd floor landing, reserved for your own use. If you are more than 6 people, you will have a 3rd bedroom, "Chouette", on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm. Toilet with in-room sink. If there are 4 of you, you can choose between the large Hirondelle bedroom on the 1st floor or the 2 small ones on the 2nd floor. If there are 6 of you, in addition to the Hirondelle room, you can choose between the Tourterelle or Chouette rooms. Linens, and towels provided. Breakfast is offered as an option for €7/person to be paid on site and booked in advance. The kitchen is fully available for guests, microwave, dishwasher... and basic ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, paper towels...) Towels provided. Living room with foosball, TV and fireplace (wood provided in winter). Large south-facing terrace with bioclimatic pergola. BBQ grill at your disposal, be sure to bring the charcoal. Access to all the outdoor areas, swimming pool, swing, table tennis, badminton, petanque, balls, soccer goals, sandpit... and many activities for young and old. Depending on reservations, common areas may be shared with other guests. You can of course enjoy at your leisure our one hectare park with trees and fully enclosed. Your children and pets (which we accept under certain conditions) will be completely safe there. 8m x 4m pool, water depth 1m20 to 1m50, completely enclosed, unheated but with a cover, open from mid-May to the end of September (weather dependent). Boards, fries, buoys, etc...at your disposal. DVDs, board games for adults and children are available for loan if you wish. In case of capricious weather, we take out "the treasures" to occupy your children. Depending on the reservations, you may share the house with other guests. For the tranquility of all, we ask that you respect the rules of good conduct, especially regarding noise. Just to let you know, we live there, so you'll meet us. We make ourselves as discreet as possible and free up the house as much as possible including the living room and kitchen. We have another side kitchen for us, but only one front door, so we pass from time to time in the hallway to get out. Just so you know, we have a dog and a cat on the loose on the property. So they'll probably ask for a few pets. Free outdoor parking. In the center of the village: - local shops 2 minutes walk: bakery, butcher, supermarket. - doctor and pharmacy. Restaurants 9km away. Feel free to extend your stay to visit the sights of Vienna within an hour's drive. Including: - Futuroscope and Aquascope 20 minutes away; - the Monkey Valley, discovering the monkeys in the wild will please the whole family; - the valley park, family amusement park, you will have a good day with the family (appreciated by children under 10/12 years old); - the water ski lift in Parc du Moncontour; - Chauvigny, Montmorillon, etc... It's a pleasure for us to share and receive, we will do our best to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
