Baltic Sea vacation for up to 4 people / Pruchten

We are happy to have you as our guests and welcome you to our blue vacation home. The space You will live in a cozy apartment on the upper floor of the house with a total of 4 apartments. Your apartment is on 2 floors, with access to the sleeping loft with 2 single beds via a space-saving staircase. On the lower floor is the living room with a small kitchen and a small dining table as well as TV, wardrobe and sofa bed for 2 people (180 x 200). From there you can also reach the bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a ceramic stovetop with 2 burners, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Outside you can make yourself comfortable on our rustic pallet furniture terrace - or if you want to be active in sports, you can also take part in a kitesurfing course at the local kitesurfing school. If you want it quieter, you can also paddle through the beautiful nature by stand-up paddling. (Rental on site) Since 1.1.2022, Pruchten has been a recognized resort and charges a spa tax of 2 euros per person per night, which must be paid in cash to the landlord on arrival. Guest access Terrace and kitesurfing school, 1 parking space per apartment Other things to note The vacation home is centrally located in the village of Pruchten. From there you can take trips to Stralsund, Rügen, Rostock/Warnemünde or Fischland/Darß/Zingst. The white Baltic Sea beach is 6 kilometers away. A well-developed bike path about 150 m from the house leads directly to the sea.
