The studio is located in an enclosed wooded park, with a 17th-century manor house that is inhabited. Quiet area just 15 minutes from Rennes and 8 km from the exhibition center. Peaceful and enchanting, this place will be a great discovery in Bruz. INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY: - Linens (sheets, towels, bathrobes, tea towels, etc.) - Breakfasts for 2 people - Access to the sauna, session of 30 min max for 2 adults. The space The studio is equipped to be completely self-contained and independent of other guests. A kitchenette with microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishes, toaster... small fridge. There is also access to the large shared kitchen where you can cook independently, and you can enjoy the living room and TV area in the common space. Guest access The pool and hot tub are heated and open from May to September. Walks in the park and around the pond are allowed. Access to the inhabited Manor House and its surroundings is private and not permitted. Do not approach the beehives. DANGER Feeding the animals is prohibited.
