Well located in the "21st apartment" in Düsseldorf. This approx. 40 sqm apartment is in a great location, quiet and absolutely central, in the heart of Düsseldorf. Within walking distance through a beautiful park, you can reach Königsallee in 10 minutes, or in the other direction, the modern media harbor. The hip Lorettostraße, with its small individual boutiques, restaurants and bars are right outside the front door. The fair can be reached by train within 25 minutes. The space I have furnished the apartment myself as I would like from an apartment. Since I travel a lot myself, I've seen a lot of hotels and Airbnb's, so I think I know what's coming up. It offers a modern yet cozy decor. Light and friendly during the day, in the evening with cozy and accentuated lighting. It offers enough space for one to two people. It is ideal for business trips as well as for couples. The furnishings incl. kitchen have been completely redecorated in 2018. There is an elevator, WiFi, audio streaming via Bluetooth, cable TV incl. Netflix, Nespresso coffee, and even a lockable locker for personal things. I will gladly provide utensils for breakfast.
