If you don’t like dogs our house might not be for you.NOT SUITABLE for working from home or staying in all day. The space We live in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to Central London. The room is decorated in a Boho style, making it cozy and inviting. Enjoy fast Fibre Optic Broadband during your stay. Our home has three bedrooms, one full bathroom upstairs, a small loo downstairs, a sitting room, a kitchen, and a garden-you'll be sharing the space with us. Please note: the cleaning fee does not cover cleaning during your stay. Cleaning supplies are available, and guests are encouraged to tidy their own rooms and change bed linens and towels as needed. The room includes a wardrobe, hangers, a set of drawers, a small desk, a chair, and essentials like an iron, towels, and a hairdryer. You’re welcome to use the kitchen for cooking, but please refrain from cooking after 10 PM. Fridge and cupboard space is available for your storage, along with basic appliances like a kettle, toaster, and microwave. We encourage guests to use the washing machine once a week (washing powder not provided), and drying racks are available in the room. Waste collection is on Tuesdays: blue bin for recycling, grey for general waste, and green for garden waste. Please be mindful that this is a family home, so expect minor noise during weekends when we wake up, cook, or clean. No visitors are allowed, and smoking or vaping is prohibited on the property, including the garden. Bookings on behalf of non-Airbnb account holders will not be accepted. This space is not suitable for those working from home 24/7. Guest access Guest are welcome to sit in the garden if the weather permits. Feel free to use the kitchen to make a light cooking,coffee or tea , store your food in the fridge or use the microwave/hob *provided you clean items and sides after use!* Shelves will be allocated to store food in the fridge and cupboards please empty or dispose of any leftover food on your shelves when you leave. Please be considerate about noise after 22:00. During your stay We’re always around and happy to help if you need anything. We enjoy chatting but will also respect your privacy. We love cooking, especially with the vegetables we grow in our allotment, so you might get a taste of our fresh veggies if we're around! We often work from home. About Our Dog Our dog considers the house her domain, so we’ve put a lot of effort into training her. She is 4 years old, fully house-trained, and hypoallergenic, but please keep the following in mind: She greets all our guests to ensure she knows you’re not an intruder. Please do not feed her human food, as it can be toxic. Don’t let her sweet eyes persuade you! Transport We are located between Arnos Grove and Southgate stations, each just 10–12 minutes away by bus. Additional Notes We have another room listed on Airbnb, so you may occasionally see one other guest. However, we keep occupancy to a maximum of two people (one per room). Please note we have a small dog, as mentioned in the listing — be sure you’re comfortable with this before booking! ***Our quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after this time.***
