Large lodge(6 bedroom) and 2 small beach cottages( which can be rented for 1300 a week ) 1 cottage has full kitchen, living room bedroom and bathroom. The other is a small "honeymoon shack". All properties SHARE 240 feet of sandy beach, dock, beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boat, barge, 3 bbq,etc. Great for family retreats. I DO NOT provide bottoms and top sheets and pillow cases or towels This is not a stark empty space we have tons of toys and games and some of our personal things so if your looking for an empty rental property its not for you The 7th bedroom is the screened in porch which has a futon and lamp and can be used in warm season as a potential bedroom The 8th bedroom is the pull out in living room There are 6 actual closed bedrooms Its a sauna not a hot tub!
