It's upstairs and has a spacious balcony with a view of nature. A large living room with windows and very bright. A sleeping area that consists of a double bedroom downstairs with a bunk bed and a single bed. Two bathrooms , one with shower and one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Washer, dishwasher ! and ski room (including luggage storage) TV, WiFi and everything guests need Guest access We have a skiroom , an outdoor room with washing machine. We also have a private garage (Please note : inaccessible access and small garage) Summer parking space: shared and hassle-free in the adjacent little street Parking in the winter: difficult in high season. The advantage of this apartment is the proximity to ski lifts in the winter and trails in the summer. TMB passes in front ! If you are looking for an apartment in the center of Courmayeur because you are not skiing or are interested in living the Courmayeur of fashion and shopping, maybe we are not the right apartment. The center is a 15-minute walk away. Or a few minutes by car but difficult parking. Please note : despite everything being organized with us, we are NOT a 5-star hotel. WE DO NOT have services from Hotel . We are just and simply YOUR HOME on the ski slopes in a charming and original mountain village. Important: Dolonne is famous in history for its sulfur-based healing waters. Therefore, brown water comes out at the beginning. Then it becomes normal after a few minutes.
