A unique place to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by unspoiled nature. Guests will appreciate the beauty of the place and the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. The apartment's strong point is certainly the gorgeous valley view and the large panoramic terrace. Guests have access to the farm's shared swimming pool and the tennis court with synthetic grass. Make a BBQ in the garden or eat at our restaurant (5 minutes by foot). The space An elegant apartment on the ground floor with independent access through the garden. It also has a large terrace with wonderful views. The apartment has a large living room with an antique fireplace, dining room with a small kitchen, two bedrooms (one with two twin beds and one with queen-size bed), bathroom with shower and a small entrance hall. It is decorated tastefully with valuable antiques. Guests have access to the garden which surrounds the "Villa" and the huge panoramic terrace from where anyone can enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan hills. It is possible to eat in the garden. The pool area with the tennis court is in a walking distance (5 minutes by foot) and is accessible to our guests. The swimming pool will be open from 11/5 to 5/10. Nearby the pool area, there is the "Locanda di Praticino", a restaurant and a meeting point for everyone living on the farm. It offers a relaxing ambient where wonderful Tuscan dishes can be tasted among friends and family. In the summertime, dinner is served outside. There is a comfortable lounge with television and free WIFI connection for all the guests. It is also possible to receive information of all kinds and suggestions for excursions in the area. Guest access Guests have access to the pool area shared with the other guests of the Agriturismo. The pool area consists of a big swimming pool and a tennis/soccer field with synthetic grass. Our farm restaurant "Locanda di Praticino" offers a typical Tuscan cuisine and is available upon request. Of course, the entire property is available for walks and excursions.
