Our house is located in the Drapanias area, 1 min. distance from the sea. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room. On the balcony you can relax and watch the beautiful sunset in kissamos bay. The space Marianos apartment located in Thesi Antramitia in the close neighborhood of Drapanias, is a newly renovated private apartment which is ideal to accommodate a family or a group of friends of up to 4 people. The house is of 40 square meters built in a space area of 400 meters with spacious private parking area. The indoor area is designed to provide full functionality. The spacious living area-kitchen consists of a bed sofa which can be used either as single bed or a double bed depending on the number of guests, an armchair with a small table and a flat screen TV. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils such as fridge/freezer, oven, coffee machine and toaster. The main bedroom includes a double bed and a big closet with an air conditioning system while there is a private shower bathroom available. All areas are equipped with cast iron steam heat radiators for the wintertime. Finally it is provided iron equipment, washing machine and free wireless internet access. In the terrace, there is a dining table with chairs where you can enjoy your coffee or meal while having a stunning panoramic view to Kissamos bay. Our main goal is to make sure you have a pleasant and relaxing stay. My brother residents exactly next to the apartment and will be available to help you with whatever matter arises. Your stay will be fully isolated and separate with my brother's apartment.
