This comfortable yet sleek furnished townhome is within walking distance of downtown Victor, which has mountain-town charm and a fabulous food scene. A perfect base for balancing adventure, relaxation, and working from home. The Wifi is fast and reliable. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds, makes easy sleeping for 9+ people. Drive 10 minutes to a several amazing trails, 40 minutes to Jackson Hole, WY, 40 minutes to Grand Targhee Resort, 60 minutes to Grand Teton National Park. The space This is a new-construction townhome (it shares walls with townhomes on either side), built in 2020. It has energy efficient (heat-pump technology) central heat and central air conditioning, and a smart thermostat. The oversized one-car garage is heated, which is wonderful in the winter for drying your outdoor gear. This is a wonderful space for working from home. There is a large desk set against a window in the living room. There are also desks in each of the upstairs bedrooms for more private workspaces. The dining table and kitchen island also make good work-from-home locations, and all of these desks and work spaces have convenient electrical outlets. The first floor has a master bedroom (king bed and twin trundle bed) with massive full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bathroom in the entryway. The upstairs has two additional bedrooms (one with full-sized triple bunk beds, the other with queen bed), a twin daybed on the landing, another full bathroom, and laundry with washer and drier available for your use. It has small outdoor patios on front and back with seating. The back patio has a small bench that converts to picnic table that can accommodate two people for meals, but there is no large outdoor eating area. Outdoor grilling is not allowed by the HOA. There is a 55" Roku TV available for your use in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with basics, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and basic ingredients for cooking/entertaining at home. The bathrooms are stocked with soaps/shampoos. There is a pull-up bar installed in the garage and yoga mat available for exercise at home. The full triple bunk bedroom is an excellent (and fun!) "kids room," alternatively, it is capable of sleeping up to six adults as each bunk can hold 2,000 lbs. Guest access Guests can access the entire home. You can park in the heated and oversized one-car garage, and there is room for two more cars on the driveway, plus a guest parking lot directly across from the home. Other things to note I am the owner, not a hired property manager, and I am always available by call, text, or AirBnb message to answer questions, give recommendations, and support you in having a wonderful and comfortable stay! I personally stay at this property a few times a year to be with family in the area, so it has personal touches, comforts, and kitchen equipment not usually found in rental properties.
