Superb family four bedroom Villa with large swimming pool, wonderful sea & country views. Bright and airy and conveniently located between the vibrant town of Loule and Vilamoura, situated in the quiet village of Parragil near Boliqueime. The space Welcome to our home. Our aim is that you will feel welcome, happy, comfortable and above all have fun! Our villa reflects much of what we enjoy most in life, It is laid out to enjoy time with friends and family. The pool is large and there are floats and water guns for you to use and have fun for both adults and children alike! The grass area and beautiful views allow for yoga or quiet contemplation, while the out door sofa allows for relaxing by the pool with a nice cold glass of wine or G&T. The TV area has a comfy sofa that children can relax on without worrying. The other sofa area is for the adults. The villa is child friendly and the pool can easily be fenced if required. Stair gates can also be supplied on request. The sand pit has buckets and spades for your use. We love the Algarve as it offers all aspects of life, from stunning beaches and beach bars, where we watch the sun go down with great food and drinks, to top restaurants and designer cloths! We hope you will love too. We are 10/15 mins from most things, We love where we live with its beautiful views, stunning sunsets and pretty countryside filled with wild flowers and blossom trees. We are close to Loule with its vibrant art, traditional bars, festivals, markets and restaurants. The beaches are amazing, they are rarely crowded and the sea is beautiful and clear. If you drive along the cost to explore try to take a boat ride, dolphin trip or visit the caves at Bengal they have got to be seen to be believed. Quarteira is friendly, and cost effective with local cafes and beautiful beaches, BJ's beach bar offers wonderful food and live music on Sunday! But book in advance. Vilamoura Marina must not be missed with its great atmosphere, you will find shops restaurants and bars over the water where you can sit and watch the sun go down, or join in the Sunday party at Thai Beach bar. Quinta do Lago has wonderful bars and restaurants, there is a large lake with nature trail leading to a stunning beach. The restaurants offer high end cuisine definitely a night for dressing up. Next to Quinta do Lago is Vale do Lobo which offers wonderful beach bars, Julias beach bar and restaurant, Maria’s, 2 Passo and Sandbanks, the sunsets are stunning at all of these restaurants. Every sport or activity you can imagine can be found from quad bikes to jet skiing and luxury boat trips (speak to Sandra our property manager) Shopping centres Mar shopping in Loule which also has a large designer outlet, Forum in Faro and Algarve shopping near Guia. Guest access You have sole use of the entire villa and pool. Other things to note When you arrive at Villa Sol 1 you will be met by our lovely Sandra, who’s job it is to make your stay as easy and as enjoyable as possible. Sandra will prepare the villa and explain how things work, she is available through out your stay if you have any questions. We to will also always be available by text, telephone or email. The air conditioning at the villa is set so you only have to press on or off and is very easy to use. If other settings are pressed it can cause the system to go out of balance. Sandra will show you, if you were have a problem please don't hesitate to call. We also have a mobile 9000 high capacity unit, (same as a normal wall air conditioning unit).... should there ever be a problem, for your convenience; plus fans for each room as we are very committed to ensuring you enjoy your stay.
