The 69 square metre residential apartment accommodates up to 6 people. It has one spacious bedroom, access to a fully equipped private kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, sink, and a microwave, a bright living room with a second double bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds. The rooms have modern furniture and parquet floors throughout, with amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, and heating. The space Located in the hip 15th district of Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus, Strauss mixes modern culture with its residential charm. The area is known for its creative scene and proximity to the city centre with numerous cultural venues such as Schönbrunn Palace and Wiener Stadthalle. Strauss is also only a 7 minute walk away from Reindorfgasse which has a number of alternative restaurants, Viennese pubs, laid-back cafés and more. Our rooms are very individual, please note that the room shown in the picture can slightly differ from the one you´ll be assigned. Please also note that all guests will need to fill in a digital check-in form in addition to their Airbnb check-in details Parking in Vienna during weekends: Generally, the short-stay parking zone regulations only apply from Monday to Friday. However, there are exceptions, such as shopping streets, where special parking regulations also apply on Saturdays. On Sundays you can park for free (unless otherwise signposted). Parking spaces in residential areas are reserved exclusively for residents with a parking permit (any day of the week).
