The space You will enter the premises through a gate serving a small private courtyard, with a room equipped with a toilet and also serving as storage for the beach equipment provided. The plus: we have equipped this space with a hose that allows you to rinse off when returning from the sea. Children will enjoy full beach equipment: morey boards, parasol, nets, shovels, seals, mask, snorkel, fishing rods, beach rackets, badminton, BB tent, etc... Access the floor (terrace and apartment) by taking a staircase secured by a portal. There, a comfortable terrace (+ motorized blind) facing the sea as well as a large table and 4 armchairs invite you to rest. Guaranteed relaxation!! Imagine a book in your hand, set up for a quiet sunbath with the sea in front of you... Through a large bay window you then enter a pleasant living room with dining table, 5 chairs; and in its extension a cozy living room with sofa, coffee table TV + DVD player, buffet and large mirror for a good family movie. In order to prepare your meals in a friendly atmosphere, an open kitchen equipped with double sink. You then access a nice master bedroom on the cliff side. It has 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm, a dressing room, a dresser + shelf and an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. The largest of the rooms is reserved for children, it is located on the sea side. It has a cute bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. This very bright room has a 90x190cm bunk bed, a travel cot, a desk with storage drawers, and a 120x190cm armchair that can be isolated from the rest of the room by a large curtain. A balcony with sea views complements the whole. For more comfort upon arrival, the beds will be made and you will have bath and house linen at your disposal... so you will only have to unpack your personal belongings!! Remember to bring your beach towels, they are not provided. AMENITIES: . Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests, including the courtyard on the ground floor with the toilet + small room used for storage for beach equipment. Other things to note . Check-out before 10 a.m. - Check-in times to be set between the host and guests between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. . If you damage property, you may be charged up to 400 euros. . Additional and mandatory cleaning fee: €65 However, the guest must have cleaned and put away the dishes, and the garbage cans must be emptied upon departure. And they must return the apartment tidy as on arrival. . Please respect the neighborhood, especially late at night.
