Modern centrally located house, less than an hour from Belfast, 35 minutes from City of Derry airport and 45 minutes from Belfast International airport. One mile from the village of Garvagh, offering two supermarkets and a beautiful forest, ideal for walking enthusiasts. 20 minutes drive to Coleraine, 30 minutes drive to the coastal towns of Portstewart and Portrush. 40 minutes to Giants Causeway, 40 minutes to the historical town of Derry and 30 minutes to the 'Seamus Heaney Home Place'. The space The house has a sun room at the back which faces west and receives full evening sun. Floor-to-ceiling glass french doors open to provide direct access to a large garden, which receives full sun during the summer and is a safe playing area for children. The interior is finished to a high standard and has WiFi, oil fired heating in all rooms, Freeview TV plus parking space for two vehicles. The living area downstairs adopts an open-plan design, with a spacious kitchen that opens to the dining area. In summer, our guests can move out to the back garden and take advantage of our outdoor facilities - a large 8-seater outdoor dining set effectively doubles the living space. Our kitchen is newly refurbished and boasts induction hobs, click-to-reveal extractor fan, eye level double oven, a microwave and bar-stools. Washing up liquid, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided as well as a toaster, filter coffee maker and pod coffee machine. We have two double bedrooms downstairs and a double bedroom upstairs (two with queen beds and one with two single beds) as well as a mezzanine with a sofa. Can accommodate 6 guests in total. A large bathroom is located downstairs and a smaller toilet upstairs. We are a kids-friendly accommodation, with travel cot, high chair, and baby bath available upon request.
