House near Metz

You will enjoy a nice house with character, with garden, terrace and private parking. There is a small black cat Frida, who must be fed, and who will ask for some petting. But she is independent, she can enter and leave the house freely thanks to an electronic cat flap. the house is spacious and well-equipped. Calm and birdsong guaranteed. It is located 15 minutes from the center of Metz by car. The space The house is on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with open kitchen and a separate living room with a large TV Upstairs: 2 bedrooms are available and the bathroom. A master bedroom with a double bed, small wardrobe and desk. A smaller bedroom (10 m2) with double bunk beds and a small wardrobe. The kitchen opens onto a terrace that allows you to eat outside in summer and gives access to the garden. Please note: I rent the house while I am away. It is therefore a special place to live with a cat to feed. Guest access you have access to the whole house, except for a third bedroom which is upstairs and is not part of the rental. Other things to note The house is for rent during my absence. In exchange, I ask you to take care of Frida, a small independent, sweet and sociable black cat. I ask you to respect the premises as your own home and to note that it is a special place to live.
