This house is situated in the middle of the Istrian peninsula in a small village Ferlini wich is only 20-30 minutes drive to the beach no matter which direction peninsula go. The nearest shop, restaurant, bakery and ATM are 1.5 km away from the house so there you can go by bike or by car The house is located on the partition of 10000m2 of which 3000m2 fenced for a peaceful and carefree vacation The space Our house is situated in little village Ferlini in the middle peninsula Istra.House is surrounded with trees and greenery on 3500m2 where you can spend peacefull holiday.Upstairs are two rooms with bathroom and acess on terace ,in the midlle of the house is living room ,kitchen and tiolet with acess on the terace with pool and barbecue.Floor belowe are two bedrooms with bathrooms there is also playng room with darts and billiard with acess on terace and outdoor playground. Guest access guest are available to acces to hole house because only they are there,on the propetrty guests have trampolin, gools for socker,basketball court , place to play badminton and lot of place to walk.The house aloso has relaxing space and sauna. And for children one TV with playng consola. For more fun we also made outside jacuzzi. Other things to note We have heated pool it can be heated in period from 01.04-30.05. and 15.09-01.11. that is extra paid 20.00Euro per day and guests pay on the day of arrival. We also have electric car charching station 11kw the charching price is 0.20 euro per 1kwh.
