Independent holiday home with big garden located in the middle of the green San Bartolo Natural Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea.The house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini mountains to the sea. The house is close to the characteristic villages of Fiorenzuola di Focara and Casteldimezzo. The garden is perfect for playing with your dog or cat. The space Lounge with a chimney, two double bedrooms, kitchen and 1 bathroom; laundry. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed if necessary. The garden surrounding the house is for your exclusive use, where you can relax and have fun. It is perfect for a holiday with the family or for people who love the outdoors, being close to many walk tracks and paths for mountain biking. In the garden you can also have a small playground for children; there is a small forest where guests can relax on the hammocks. Guest access The lounge has a chimney, a couche, a table with chairs, a patio door facing the garden. The main bedroom has a king size bed and drawers; the second bedroom has a double bed that can be turned into two single beds and a small wardrobe. The kitchen has a oven, fridge, toaster and cattle. In summer you can eat in the garden using the table under the figs tree or the table under the pergola. The bathroom is close to the kitchen and it has a big shower, towels and hairdryer. Finally, there is a small laundry that can also be used as a storeroom. The garden around the house is private and at your complete disposal. Other things to note The beach is only a few minutes away by car both going towards Gabicce and Cattolica and towards the Marche region in Pesaro and Fano. During the summer from the borgo of Fiorenzuola there is a free shuttle bus that takes you from Fiorenzuola di Focara to Pesaro, Gabicce and Gradara by panoramic road. In Casteldimezzo e Fiorenzuola you can also find typical food options including a piadina shop and excellent restaurants that offer good fish dishes and good wines.
