The space This traditional country house is situated near the quaint villages of Ariany and Petra on a small hill, so that you have a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. A dirt road only about 60 m long brings you to the main road from Petra to Manacor. The owners have renovated this beautiful house with great care and attention to detail. A large terrace with direct access to the pool, beautiful sun loungers and a barbecue area offer you exactly the privacy you expect from your holiday home. You can put your chilled drinks in the shade of the pergola or make yourself comfortable on one of the large cushioned benches. You enter the house through large antique wooden doors and are directly in the cosy living room. Several large sofas invite you to read a good book or simply relax in the colder months while watching a fireplace. Directly adjacent to the living room is the large open modern kitchen with cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher. The traditional style has been very finely combined with modern elements. A double bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. All rooms are harmoniously decorated in different shades of white and beige. You will find many antique items that have been lovingly restored. This creates a very pleasant atmosphere in which you will fully enjoy your holiday. Price includes bed linen, towels for the bathroom, water, electricity consumption etc. Since 1.
