Very cozy 3.5 room apartment, with two bedrooms. Large open-plan living area, sociable bar, well-equipped kitchen (large fridge/freezer, dishwasher). One sofa bed. Two bathrooms (bath/WC and shower/WC). Large terrace directly onto the lawn. Very centrally located and yet close to the forest. The children's ski lift and the sports centre are right behind it. Ideal location for snow and summer sports (snowboarding, skiing, cross-country skiing, biking, hiking, horse riding). Renovated in 2025. Guest access You will be welcomed personally by me or my parents, if this is not possible, the key will be deposited on site. Other things to note The visitor's tax per night and per person must be paid in cash on site. The rates are as follows: 3.- per person/night 1.50 per child/night (6-17 years old) The money can be deposited in the flat on departure or paid when the flat is handed over or handed in.
