In this ecofriendly place you will enjoy the countryside and 300 Mbps symmetrical fibre connection and WiFi 6 access points. There is also a desk and chair for working. The house is surrounded by an orchard with fruit trees. This private accommodation is on the top floor of the house. The windows (velux) are in the sloping ceilings. The owners also live in the building. Our animals -dog, cats, hens, bees, goats- are free on the farm. We are musicians, you can listen and play musical instruments. The space In this large country house there are two spacious apartments. The attic is provided with a kitchen, living room with double bed sofa, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The other apartment is in the ground floor. Owners live on the middle floor. The house is surrounded by spacious grounds, with 7000 square meters on a south-facing slope. The farm is planted with fruit trees (kiwis, citrus, apples, pears, cherries ...) in ecological certification process, so you can enjoy fresh fruit for yourself almost all year. The house is on the outskirts, about 2500 metres from the centre of the fishing village of Cedeira. It is a quiet place, but you may hear a rooster crowing and dog barking or the wind or rain on the roof. Occasionally, agricultural machinery can be heard. It is also worth mentioning that, from time to time, fiestas are held, especially in July and August, and you can hear music in the valley until the early hours of the morning and fireworks in the morning. Our animals roam free on the farm. The outside areas are shared with our family of 4 and the guests of the other accommodation. This place is ideal for couples or families with up to 2 children. The views of the Esteiro valley, the estuary and the lush eucalyptus groves are very attractive. Public transport stops close to the house but services are limited. Having a car or other private vehicle may be advisable. Guest access You will have access to your home with total privacy. We will share all the outdoor areas of the house and the property. The washing machine is located in a common area and will be shared with the guests in the semi-basement. There are two barbecue areas on the property. During your stay As we live on the middle floor we are ready to help almost at any time. We like to share our house. Our aim is that everyone can enjoy each home and the environment with tranquility and privacy. If travelers want to, we also love to talk and exchange ideas and stories. Sometimes we have even shared meals or trips with guests. Other things to note We offer short-term rental accommodation for a variety of purposes: work, study, sport...
