Set on a ½ acre park, great for reunions, golf trips & fishing retreats. This pet-friendly home has 9 assorted beds, 1 sleeper sofa, 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 12 depending on the group make-up. Built in 1947 it raised many families & shows some age, but is a comfortable base for any gathering. Set on the shores of the Columbia River & coupled with our large boat dock, the Sockeye Salmon don't stand a chance. 2-night minimum for weekends. $30/night per guest over 6. Book your stay! The space Features like corner windows, tranquil views across the park-like lawn to the river, fire pit on the river’s edge, provide a toasty retreat on both cool days and summer evenings. Our large dock is perfect for the fishing season. Ample parking for multiple vehicles, RV's and fishing boats. Ideal for sporting groups, reunions & retreats. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Groups of 7 or more will have additional per person fees. Use only the number of beds needed to avoid additional cleaning fees. All guests will have access to our park like yard, fire pit, BBQ area, river dock, and Dog Kennel. One boat per visit maximum. The property owners boat will be on-site July & August. Other things to note Due to swift currents and changing water levels, diving and swimming from the rivers edge or dock is prohibited for children, and highly discouraged for adults.
