Room in our two bedroom flat

The space Hi! We rent out a big 17.5 sq.m. room in our two bedroom flat. There is a king size bed, a table with chairs, coffee table, and a clothes rack. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared, hot water and Wi-Fi at no extra cost. We live in a quiet and safe area of Moscow called Zamoskvorech'ye, that still has some of the old Moscow charm. The Moscow Kremlin, the Red Square, Cathedral of Christ the Saviour are all within reach on foot, in a 15-20 minute leisurely paced walk along the beautiful quays of Obvodny canal or the Moscow river. The Tretyakov Gallery is in 10 min walk, also within reach on foot are a river tram station, Gorky Park, Central House of Artists, Muzeon Park, Boulevard ring, Bolshoy Theater etc. Zamoskvorech'ye is famous for its beautiful churches and cathedrals. Metro stations Novokuznetskaya and Tretyakovskaya are in 5-6 min walk. There is a wide selection of cafes and restaurants near the metro, from Ukraininan (Taras Bulba) to Asian fusion (Dve palochki, Tanuki), from Japanese (Marukame) to French (Le Pain Quotidien), etc. Several grocery stores near our building, one of them is open 24/7. I feel I should also mention another permanent resident of our flat, a wonderful Persian cat. He is very quiet, philosophical and friendly.
