All our apartments are cleaned by professionals following the 5-step enhanced cleaning process providing full disinfection. Also, we have a contactless check-in provided in our office at the U Pujcovny 954/6 street which is situated 2 minutes away from the main train station, but in case of any need for a little help, our manager will be there for you :) The space Apartment is located on the first floor with elevator in the historical building right on the corner from famous Dlouha street. Apartment consists of: *small hall *1st bedroom with comfortable double bed with bedsides tables and convertible sofa for 2 persons as well *1st "en-suite" bathroom with shower unit, WC and washing machine *kitchen area with dining table. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery. *2nd bedroom with comfortable convertible corner sofa and flat screen TV *2nd bathroom with shower unit and WC *3rd bedroom with comfortable double bed with bedsides tables for 2 persons and convertible sofa for 2 guests as well Guest access Also we provide: *Towels and bed linens *Unlimited and speedy WiFi *iron, ironing board *washing machine *good recommendations where to go and what to see in Prague *24 hours support during your stay Other things to note •⭐ After completing your booking, you’ll receive a link and access code to our website, where you can fill out the registration forms and pay the city tax. Once both steps are completed, you’ll gain access to detailed check-in information and apartment instructions. • 👮 💶 Guest Registration & City Tax In compliance with the regulations of the Police of the Czech Republic, all guests are required to complete registration forms upon arrival. Additionally, a city tax of 50 CZK (approximately 2 EUR) per person, per night will be charged. • 📌🕓 Check-in process Check-in takes place at our office located at U Pujcovny 954/6. Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM on weekends. Early Check-In: may be possible depending on availability (Please note that we require time to prepare the apartment.) Late Check-Out: Unfortunately, late check-out is not possible as we need time to prepare the apartment for incoming guests. • 🛏️ Number of Beds Please ensure you select the needed number of beds when making your reservation on our website in advance. • 🧳 Luggage Storage If you arrive early or need to store your luggage, we offer luggage storage at our office during business hours for a fee of 1 EUR per bag. • ✈️ Airport Transfer We offer an airport transfer service. Our driver can meet you at the airport and take you directly to your apartment if it’s ready. If the apartment is not yet available, the driver will bring you to our office, where you can leave your luggage. • 🅿️ Parking We do not provide parking, but we recommend the convenient MrParkIt service for nearby parking options. • 🔑 Keys For security reasons, we provide only one set of keys per reservation. A replacement fee will apply if the keys are lost. • ☎️ Contact Us You can reach us during office hours (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, weekends 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM).
