The space Micklegarth provides a wonderful opportunity to stay on the banks of the River Deben. With perfect river views, it's a great summer base for touring the local area. The house is a peaceful chalet-bungalow with sun lounge overlooking the river at the front of the property, and a balcony perfect for BBQs at the back. The property has recently been renovated internally, with a good sized living and cooking area, sun lounge and 2 bedrooms. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house and ample outside space. Whilst there are boats kept tucked away on the property, these are not for guest use and visitors are reminded that (should this be an area of interest) rental boats are available to hire from the boat yard 2 minutes walk away. Other things to note Please note there is a public footpath which runs along the river bank to the front of the property.
