The space The first apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a double bedroom with an additional single bed, a kitchen with a double sofa bed and a large veranda. The second apartment is located on the first floor, consisting of a double bedroom, a room with a single bed, a kitchen with a double sofa bed and a large terrace accessed via a spiral staircase. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, solar panels for water heating, TV and all kitchen and bathroom accessories. The residence is newly built and has a private parking lot and the beach is within walking distance. The first set of linen is free, for any changes the expected cost is 10 euros per person.
