The beautiful three-room Aura Maris apartment is located overlooking the sea, with a panoramic view of Cala Caterina in Villasimius. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquility, just 30 meters from the sea, accessible via a private staircase of about 30 steps. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people and has two bedrooms, a large living area with a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, it offers a veranda overlooking the sea with a BBQ and table for outdoor lunches, a small garden, and direct access to the sea. The true heart of the house is the exterior: a beautiful veranda with a panoramic view of the sea, equipped with a BBQ and dining table, ideal for breakfasts in the sun, outdoor lunches and dinners at sunset. The garden and direct access to the sea via a staircase make the experience unique, allowing you to reach the water in just a few steps. Private parking and air conditioning are available to guests for maximum comfort. The location is perfect for exploring Villasimius: the town center can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, while some of the most beautiful beaches in the area (Cala Caterina, Porto Giunco, Spiaggia del Riso, Campulongu and Simius) are only 5–10 minutes away. The marina of Villasimius is about 5 minutes away, ideal for boat trips and days at the sea. A seaside retreat where nature, comfort and unforgettable views meet. All spaces are at the exclusive disposal of our guests. The property is managed by Host Me Property Management on behalf of the owner Alberto. Kindly ask you to indicate how many beds need to be prepared. For 2 guests, a double bed will be provided, or two single beds upon request in advance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The cost of cleaning increases by €15 based on the number of guests. For 2 people a double bed will be prepared. 🕒 Check in Upon arrival at the property, a video call will be made for the recognition of visu, mandatory according to the new Italian safety regulations. You will not be able to access the facility without completing this process, as any form of unverified remote recognition or self check-in has been prohibited. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and must be arranged in advance. It is also possible to access the facility in advance of the official check-in time, subject to prior agreement. Guests can check in free of charge between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., and it will be necessary to arrange your arrival time with a member of our staff. HOUSE RULES: • Before arrival, all guests are required to send a copy of their ID or passport. • respect the municipal rules on the separate collection of waste and do not leave residual waste in the fridge or in the bins upon departure, guests are asked to bring the residual waste to the ecological island of Villasimius, which can be reached comfortably by car (the lack of garbage left at the ecological island will result in a penalty of €50.00 that will be deducted from the security deposit) • leave kitchen equipment and barbecue clean when you leave • Upon arrival, the guest will receive a rental contract that must be signed and returned to the property at check-in. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house via about 45 steps. The staircase connecting the parking lot to the house is shared with the house next door. Parking is numbered and personal.
