The space Bright, comfortable, air- conditioned double bedroom situated on the first floor of family house , with access to big terrace with deck chairs and shade, surrounded by the lemon and orange trees. Partly sea view, WIFI,TV, towels/linen, hairdryer, soap are provided. We give you also map and information for many recommendations with discounts on boat, car&scooter rentals & at some of our favorite restaurants Use of a bright, fully equipped shared kitchen ( shared with two other bedrooms) which is situated on the ground floor with access to the big garden with hammocks (includes: micro wave, dish washer, kettle, coffee machine,oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, etc but it's also a great part of the house to meet other guests. Since we are eco family and really take care of our planet, our bed linens are minimum ironed...save energy and save our planet Earth! We are pet frienldy family and owners of 2 male dogs, one cat and 3 garden turtles Guest access The house has 24hr access. Guests have access to a shared kitchen at the ground floor of the house. Guests have the shared use of an ironing board and iron. During your stay We live in the house and are at your disposal anytime throughout your stay. Contact details will be given to you before your arrival. . On your day of arrival in Hvar we shall meet you at the house to welcome you or if there is need for that we shall meet you in a harbour or at the bus station. If you are arriving by car , you have to take a ferry to Stari Grad( which is 25 km far from the city of Hvar) and we shall give you directions how to reach us . At check in we will give you a detailed map of Hvar town and recommend things to do and see, helping you make the very best of your time in Hvar At check out, if you are leaving the island later in the day we will store your luggage. Other things to note SHARED KITCHEN AND HALLWAY NOISE: The shared kitchen at the ground floor of the house is always available for kitchen related activities. However any groups socialising in this area need to leave the kitchen before 11pm. This is one rule we enforce strongly and the noise from this room can potentially disturb guests who wish to sleep. When arriving from a night out on the town consideration to be taken for the guests who are asleep when walking in the hallways. SHARED FACILITIES: Kitchen to be left clean and tidy after use, dishes washed etc When storing food in the shared fridge you eat and drink only food you have bought.
