The villa, approved in 2022 by the Territorial Collectivity of Corsica, is just 3 minutes walk from the beach and the village with small shops and restaurants. It is located in a large Mediterranean park, flowery, quiet and closed, in the shade of a pine forest. In San Ciprianu, you will have the opportunity to practice sailing, jetski, diving, horse riding, and enjoy a beautiful place, ideally located to visit the south of Corsica. The space * Sheets, linens and towels are provided. * For very young children, a cot and a high chair are provided free of charge. *Be carrefull....rental starts on Sunday and ends on sunday!!!! *Housing includes: • a living room with a sitting area with 2 corner benches convertible into 2 extra beds of 90 cm and a dining area as an extension of a fully equipped kitchen area. A large ceiling fan equips the ground floor. • a beautiful covered terrace of 20m2 opening onto a private garden to enjoy the rays of the sun from breakfast, and the evening at the time of the aperitif. Upstairs, two bedrooms, with mosquito nets and fans, overlooking the mountains and gardens: • "white" room: 1 bed of 160cm adjustable in 2 beds of 80 cm • "blue" room: 1 bed of 140 cm • a bathroom (shower and washbasin), • a toilet on each floor. Returning from the beach, guests can use the outdoor shower, before relaxing on the teak sunbathing in the garden. For your evenings, a built-in barbecue will allow you to grill charcoal skewers of meat or fish. *The property is not yet adapted for people with disabilities. Guest access Access of travelers A parking space is at your disposal inside the residence. At the beginning and end of your stay, you can load and unload your luggage right in front of the villa.
