Private, Serene Studio Close to the Hub

Studio is within the hosts' main house; approx. 375 sf. Free wifi with 500 mbps high speed internet, private and quiet with your own private entrance. Centrally located in the most desirable location of the Ferry St Bridge. About 1-3 miles to downtown Eugene, U of O, Autzen Stadium Hayward Fields. Accessible to walking/running trails, bike paths, parks, and popular restaurants. It's between Oakway and Gateway Centers. Hosts live in the main house; a text/phone call away for any concerns. The space The guest studio suite is on the main level with 2 steps to the deck leading to the front door of the studio. You'll sleep comfortably in a spacious queen bed that can accommodate two people. A full-size futon for your additional guest is available. You will have a full size closet with hangers, shelving, extra pillows and linens, a 40" TV with basic cable, Netflix, Prime Video and free wi-fi with 40mbps high speed internet. For those who prefer home cooked meals, the Studio has a cooking space equipped with a single hot plate, Instant Pot/Rice Cooker, Omelet Cooker, and a Croc-Pot for cooking your favorite meal. Cooking oil and some food seasoning is provided. You are provided with dinnerware and utensils. A welcome choice of coffee, tea, or chocolate drinks are provided as a breakfast kickoff. You'll have a choice of a standard coffee maker, and a Keurig or teapot for brewing your coffee or tea. Your ensuite bathroom is stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover, hair dryer, and an initial supply of toilet paper. You'll have your ensuite washer and dryer and laundry detergent as well as iron/ironing board for your use only. Use of washer and dryer is scheduled twice a week or can be arranged with owner. Guest access The studio has its own entryway from the street or the driveway. You'll have your own parking spot on the driveway. An access door from the studio to the main house hallway will be locked on both sides. You are welcome to use the backyard for relaxation. Other things to note Sometimes neighbor's dog behind the fence barks when somebody enters the pathway. You may only use provided cooking items. We encourage using an air fryer than using oil for deep frying unless you don't mind paying the cleaners for extra time for deep cleaning time. Keep the chain link gate close at all times. We have security cameras installed on all entryways only. As a courtesy, please alert us if you are expecting guests or bringing in guests to avoid misunderstanding. We kindly urge you to drive SLOW as you enter or leave the neighborhood especially the cul-de-sac with or without children's presence. Avoid any loud music or noise that would disturb the neighbors. Please, no parking on the street. Your family or friends can come visit for 6 hrs max, no later than 10:00 p.m. No overnight stay for unregistered guests. No to furry animals.
