The upper floor has the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a large king sized bed and a terrace. There is also another room on the top floor that has two single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes. There is another bathroom on the upper floor. Sheets and towels are provided. The apartment has air conditioning hot / cold, hot water with thermal solar energy and top quality finishes (wooden floors on upper floor and designer furniture) The beach is just 5 minutes walking. The beach of Daimús is family friendly and quiet, although at 5 minutes you will find the famous beach of Gandía with all leisure services. The necessary services (Supermarket, pharmacy, hospital...) are less than 2 minutes away. Other things to note Our standard check in times are at 13pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability. If the apartment is left in normal conditions of cleaning there will be no charge, otherwise it will charge € 50 for cleaning.
