When smoking on the balcony, please refrain from speaking loudly or making noise, as it may disturb the neighbors. (2) This is a residential condominium. Please avoid shouting or making loud noises in the hallway or on the balcony. (3) When you go out, please turn off the lights and air conditioning in the room. Please cooperate in saving electricity. (4) Please make sure that the fire is extinguished before you leave. (5) Bringing unauthorized guests, pets, or animals is prohibited. (6) Drugs and parties are prohibited. (7) There is no towel exchange service. Please use the provided washing machine. Daily cleaning service is not available. (9) If you check out after 10 AM without prior notice, an extension fee of 1500 yen per hour will be charged. Please be aware of this. (10) If you lose the key, a fee of 5000 yen will be collected. (11) If we are unable to clean the room due to your circumstances, we will charge either the "room extension fee of 1500 yen per hour + cleaning cancellation fee of 4000 yen in total" or the "total cost of one night's stay corresponding to the check-out date," whichever is lower. (12) One set of futon bedding is provided per bed. There are no additional futons beyond the number of beds. (13) We cannot provide detailed check-in instructions to guests with whom we are unable to communicate or who have not submitted the required pre-arrival documents. Please understand in advance. (14) In the event of cancellation at the guest's convenience, regardless of the reason, we will follow Airbnb's cancellation policy and charge a cancellation fee.
