Room 2 in Villa Estrella, near beach, Costa Brava.

We are a Dutch couple who rent rooms with private bathrooms in our beautiful renovated villa. Villa Estrella is located in a quiet area about 1 km from the large beach, and 1.5 km. from some small rocky beaches and the pleasant center Calella on the Costa Brava. --------- You can enjoy total freedom around the house, a swimming pool, a barbecue, and everything with a fantastic view over the sea, the natural landscape, and the mountains. The space THE ROOM - This is the smallest bedroom (3.20mx4m) and private bathroom (2.20mx1.90m). Size of bed is 1.60x2.00m. (For a small price difference you can book the larger room 1 or 3. You will find these advertisements under our profile photo). - Privacy. All bedrooms and bathrooms are NOT directly adjacent to another bedroom or bathroom. - There is a big mirror in the room of 40x150 cm. - Hot water flows quickly from the taps. - A lot of water pressure for a wonderful shower with the rain shower head. Bedroom windows have fly screens and blackout Venetian blinds. - On the first floor is a large terrace overlooking the sea, you will find a table and 4 chairs. - There’s a lockable room to possibly store your suitcases. --------- OTHER SPACES - You can, of course, use the kitchen for cooking. Everything is there. The dining area and lounge are shared spaces. --------- - Solar panels have been placed for the hot water supply for the house and swimming pool. - We have our own well. (106m depth). --------- SWIMMING POOL - The water is disinfected by means of salt electrolysis. Benefit softer pool water, no chemical chlorine, so no chance of itching, red eyes and sensitive skin. - Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. --------- MORE - There are several outdoor seating areas and plenty of sun loungers. - There is a barbecue. - We have a ping pong table, a foosball table and an outdoor dart board. - There is a wardrobe with board games. - Outside, we have a petanque court. A ball sport also called Jeu de Boule or Bowls. - In addition a tumble dryer, there are also drying lines outside. - Customers share their own large refrigerator. - There is room for frozen products. - For coffee you can use the Dolce Gusto machine. - In addition to the equipment listed in the Airbnb preview, you also have a toaster, juicer, broiler, smoothie machine, fondue set and a gourmet dish. - The tap water is drinkable since it is filtered at the tap. - The kitchen has a tap for direct boiling water. - You can always park your car in the street in front of the house. >> YOU WILL BE NEAR EVERYTHING AND YET WONDERFULLY FREE. ENJOY WITH COMFORT FROM EARLY << Guest access We share the living room, dining room, kitchen, pool along with all the other places around the villa with our guests. During your stay You are free to fill in your stay as you wish. You can, of course, use the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, the swimming pool and the outdoor areas. There is WiFi everywhere and if you have Spotify, you can play music via our Sonos system. Feel free like in your own home. If you want to discover the area or if you want tips about restaurants, we can also give you information about this. Other things to note LATE ARRIVAL : If you arrive late and have not had time to eat or buy food then we will always have something for you to eat and drink. Same applies to the next morning so don’t worry. LOCATION Our villa is 1 km away from the tourist part of Calella. Due to being sited 75m above sea level, our views are breathtaking.
