Welcome to our home! Here you will find a modern and fully equipped house situated in Gothenburg´s most peaceful and beautiful suburban areas. The city centre is only a 15 min drive away and you will reach the sea in a few minutes. The closest grocery store is only 1 km away as well as the nearest bus stop. It has the perfect location if you wish to explore the west coast and do different day trips. We think the large terrace during summer is one of the best things with our house! The space There is plenty of space in our house and you will find all the necessary conveniences to make your stay a pleasant one! You can easily park three cars on the drive way. The house consists of two floors: On the first floor is the entrance leading to a welcoming hall way. Here is also where you will find three bedrooms, the laundry room with washer/dryer and a large bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Going up the stairs you will find our bright second floor where the social areas as kitchen and joining living room are situated. Two doors are leading to the extensive, private terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day and maybe a family BBQ. One large bbq is at your disposal. The outdoor shower is a real hit on warm summer days. On this floor you also find the master bedroom, one smaller guest room and a bathroom with a shower. Guest access All areas except one storage room on the first floor and wardrobes in master bedroom are available for guests.
