Very comfortable room with a swimming pool and private bathroom and lounge areas. Personal entry for your privacy & convenience. Only 8 mins. to Univ. of Ghana & 15 minutes to airport. Trendy restaurants & night life are a short walk away. The room has a small fridge. Our kitchen is staffed by a cook who can prepare delicious meals (additional fee.) WiFi. Back up generator. Parking available. For longer stays an attendant can machine wash & dry your clothes for a $5 fee per load. The space Did you want to teach a class or host a meeting during your stay? There is a meeting room / training room that is available at an hourly fee. The room can be arranged lecture style or with work tables. The extras include a podium, white boards, a piano, mics & speaker, and seating for up to 24 participants. Guest access Lounge by the pool, swim (no lifeguard on duty), relax on the front porch. Walk barefoot on the grass. Share a hallway where you will also find helpful services (iron, hair dryer, hot water kettle, microwave oven, and travel soap and other helpful knickknacks.) During your stay I work a lot and travel for the job, so I'm pretty hands off. If you need assistance, there is always someone around who can tend to you during the daytime, and a security guard available at the front gate in the evenings. You can always reach me by phone whether I am home or away. Other things to note Parties or poolside gatherings are not included in the room reservation. You may however invite 1 or 2 guests to join with you and use the pool and patio. No larger groups are allowed.
