Unwind at this stunning 3-room loved family home.The HOUSE was lovingly built with marmol floors, centralized airconditioned and has a cozy charming feel. Enjoy the lush garden with our customized griller. 7Eleven is walking distance and public transportation is very accessible. Shops and restaurants are only 5-10 minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded Enjoy your first night with a warm cup of tea or coffee, in the house. The space Rooms inside the property are arranged to make you feel comfortable. Bedroom 1: - Located on the 1st floor. Non airconditioned however, is reachable by the centralized air-conditioning unit in the living room. - Own pillows and blanket/duvet and foam mattress. - extra mattress, pillow and blanket, provisioned for 3 to 4 guests. Bedroom 2 and 3: - Both located on the 2nd floor - Both fully airconditioned - Own pillows and blanket/duvet and foam mattress - Extra mattress, pillows and blanket, provisioned for 1 to 2 guests. All rooms have single bed with extra mattresses, pillows and blankets, built-in closet and desk table. Television and videoke are located in the living room along with other listed amenities. Basic condiments (e.q salt, sugar, soysauce, vinegar, pepper, as well as utensils) are provided and are located in the main kitchen [outdoor/backdoor] General dining utensils are in the main kitchen [outdoor/backdoor] Shampoo/ Rinse/ Soap / toilet tissues and drinking water are provided for FREE. However, we do not provide toothpaste and toothbrush and other personal hygiene materials not mentioned above. Guest access The entire house is available to guests except for the master's bedroom.
